My SGPT levels keep going up by 20 every month even after my UT surgery last year. Also my uric acid is at 6.9. What can I do to bring these levels down?

I've been having chest pain every day and even though my ECG was normal and I've done HRCT, chest ultrasound, and endoscopy, everything came back normal. But the pain and even a pain in my left hand just wont go away, and its not in a fixed spot. Sometimes I get shortness of breath too. A bunch of doctors have told me it might be GERD. Could you help me figure out what's going on and how to get better?

I've been feeling like there's something stuck in my throat for about 45 days now, almost like phlegm, but its not food. Its really annoying and I keep burping on purpose to try and get rid of this feeling. I Googled my symptoms and found something called globus pharyngis. I went to see another doctor and they gave me an acid reflux gel syrup, but it hasnt helped at all. I'm kind of worried and not sure what to do next. Could you offer some advice or share your thoughts on what might be going on?
