My symptoms are similar to restless leg syndrome: tingling sensation under feet, leg pain, fatigue, drowsiness, etc. I have done blood tests, thyroid, kidney, and liver tests and all are normal. Please help me with this as I have been suffering for 2 years. I have used some multivitamin and mineral tablets.

Your symptoms tingling in feet, leg pain, fatigue, and drowsiness, do match signs of Restless Leg Syndrome or mild neuropathy. Even if major tests (thyroid, kidney, liver) are normal, its worth checking for Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Iron, and Magnesium levels. Deficiencies in these can affect nerve health. If symptoms continue, a nerve conduction study (NCS) may help pinpoint the issue.

Take a Ferritin Test Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

View allI have been chewing tobacco and gutkha for several years, and over time, my mouth opening has reduced and my jaws have become stiff. I am very concerned and depressed because of this. I am unable to eat spicy food, and I also sweat a lot while eating. Could you please suggest if any ointment can be applied to the inner mouth or jaw area? Also, what tests should I undergo to evaluate this condition?

Hi, I have severe dark circles. I have tried retinol but it did not have much effect. My mother also has this problem but mine is more prominent. I do a computer job which worsens the situation. The dark circles are brown in color. Which tests should I undergo before taking any vitamin supplements?
