Today I got my test done and my hemoglobin has reduced to 11 and my weight is 58 kg. What is the reason for the reduced weight and hemoglobin? Also, every evening my body temperature rises to 99 to 100. What is the reason?

Fluctuating hemoglobin and low grade fever may indicate underlying infection, inflammation, or poor iron absorption. You should take a CBC with ESR, Ferritin, and CRP test to evaluate inflammation and iron storage.

For the past one month, I have been feeling fatigued and experiencing a low grade fever. My recent investigations include LFT, KFT, and CBC, which showed SGPT at 57. My urine report is normal, chest Xray is normal, Mantoux test is negative, and whole abdomen ultrasound is normal. My body temperature ranges from 96F to 100.2F.
