My thyroid level has increased to 35. I do not know what to avoid and what to do to keep the levels normal. Please suggest.

A thyroid level of 35 (likely TSH) is high, it means your thyroid is underactive (hypothyroidism). This can cause tiredness, weight gain, and mood changes. Take thyroid medicine daily as prescribed dont skip doses. Avoid raw cabbage, cauliflower, and soy in large amounts. Get levels rechecked after 6 to 8 weeks. Visit the doctor for dose adjustment.

Hi Dr, recently I have seen high TPO antibody in my report but my TSH is normal. Please note that I have been taking Thyronorm 112.5 for the last 8 to 9 years. Is there anything to worry about. Please review my report and advise? Thank you.

My report says thyronormalcy and my fasting blood sugar is 104.8. However, I am having symptoms like weight gain, inch loss, loss of appetite, insomnia and increased thirst. I do not eat junk food, I walk daily and I am active in doing all work. Still my weight is 93 kilograms and my waist is 36 inches and still decreasing. What could this be? Kindly suggest?
