Hi Dr, recently I have seen high TPO antibody in my report but my TSH is normal. Please note that I have been taking Thyronorm 112.5 for the last 8 to 9 years. Is there anything to worry about. Please review my report and advise? Thank you.

High TPO suggests an autoimmune thyroid condition like Hashimoto, even if TSH is normal. Since you are already on Thyronorm, no urgent action is needed if you are feeling fine. Keep monitoring TSH every 3 to 6 months. Share with your doctor for dose review if symptoms change.

Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a Free (FT4) Test Test

Should I continue taking Thyronorm 75 mg or visit you in person? I am a student and have very limited time, so I would like to know if you can review my report and advise me online, or if an in person consultation is necessary.
