My total bilirubin is 1.43 mg/dL. Is this a serious concern? I am taking Liv 52 DS twice daily after food. Should I avoid any specific foods or fruits? Please review my report and provide guidance.

Mildly raised bilirubin is usually not serious. Continue Liv 52 and avoid fried/oily foods and alcohol. Consult doctor if symptoms persist.
