My TSH level is 0.11, which is very low according to my report. I had alcohol the night before the blood test. Can alcohol intake affect TSH levels? Please advise.

Alcohol intake can mildly affect thyroid tests, but such a low TSH likely indicates hyperthyroidism. Re test after avoiding alcohol and consult endocrinologist.
