My TSH level has increased to 19.02. I was previously taking 25 mcg of thyroid medication. How much dose should I take now? Please suggest. I have attached my thyroid test report.

Very high TSH suggests under treatment. Dose likely needs to be increased to 75 mcg or higher. Please repeat TSH in 6 weeks after dose escalation.
