My Typhoid has been cured, as confirmed by my non reactive test report, but I am still experiencing mild fever. I have consulted two doctors, but there has been no improvement.

Post typhoid low grade fever is common and usually resolves in 2 to 3 weeks. If persisting, repeat CBC and CRP to rule out other infections. Stay hydrated, eat light, and rest.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test

I was tested for typhoid about 25 days ago, and at that time my Widal test showed O type 1:160 and H type 1:160. I recently got tested again, and now all other types are negative except O type, which is still showing 1:160. I would like to know the reason behind this. What should I do next, and what kind of food should I eat during this recovery period?
