This is my Widal test report: Salmonella typhi O 1:320 dilutions, Salmonella typhi H 1:160 dilutions, Salmonella typhi AH negative, and Salmonella typhi BH negative. Is this a typhoid attack or not? I am a breastfeeding mother, and my baby is three months old. Will my baby get infected? Please give a clear explanation and suggest what kind of diet I should follow.

Malaria Antigen (Rapid, whole blood): Negative
Dengue IgG: Negative
Dengue IgM: Negative
Dengue NS1 Antigen: Negative
Is this typhoid infection severe, moderate, or mild? What treatment should we follow? Does she need hospitalization? Are there any common medicines to take and any recommended changes in food and water habits?
