My WIDAL test report is as follows: TO 1:40, TH 1:160, AH 1:20, BH NIL. Please tell me about typhoid fever?

TH 1:160 may reflect past exposure. TO is low. Without other symptoms or rising titers, it may not be typhoid. Do the required blood culture if fever continues.

My Widal test report is S typhi O (+1/40, +1/80), S typhi H (+1/40). Rest all are negative. Is any symptom of typhoid?
