My Widal test report shows: S. Typhi O is 1:160 S. Typhi H is 1:80 S. Paratyphi AH is less than 1:20 (negative) S. Paratyphi BH is less than 1:20 (negative) I am taking antibiotics four times a day and following a light diet. I currently have no fever. How long will it take for me to recover completely?

A Widal titer of 1:160 may suggest typhoid, but if symptoms are resolved, no active infection remains. Continue antibiotics as advised and complete the full course. If symptoms persist, get CBC done.

I have attached my Widal test report. The test was done on the sixth day of the fever, which was around 103 degrees F. Please tell me whether it is typhoid or not, as I have received two different opinions from two doctors. I am very confused.
