Question
My Widal test report shows, Typhi O antigen 1:80, Typhi H antigen 1:160, Para Typhi A (H) 1:40, and Para Typhi B (H) no agglutination seen. The test result is positive. Please explain what this means.

This suggests mild or past exposure to typhoid. 1:160 (H) is borderline positive. Diagnosis must be clinical and lab based.
