Question
My wife, age 34, underwent pituitary tumor surgery 3 years ago. Her recent blood report shows Vitamin B12 is 927 pg/mL, hemoglobin is 10 g/dL, and PCV is 31 percent. She has been experiencing heavy gastric issues that do not subside even with medications like PPIs. Additionally, she has an enlarging fibroid. Her weight is 67 kg and blood pressure is 90/70 mmHg. Could you please advise how to reduce the heavy gas and manage her gastric discomfort effectively?

High B12 is safe, but low Hb and fibroid can cause fatigue. Persistent gas needs further GI evaluation. Discuss with a gastroenterologist.

Take a HB (Haemoglobin) Test Test or Take a PCV Test Test
