My wife is currently pregnant. One month ago, she experienced abdominal pain, and a scan confirmed a urinary tract infection, which resolved within 3 to 4 days with medication. Since then, we have not had sexual intercourse. Can we now have sex normally during her pregnancy? For context, she is eating normally, does not have vomiting, her hemoglobin is 12, blood pressure is normal, and her doctor has confirmed everything is fine.
