My wife is pregnant with a duration of one month and twenty four days. We consulted a gynecologist and did some blood and urine tests. In the test report my wife TSH shows 10.6 which is beyond the normal range of 2 to 4.68. We called the doctor and they said to please consult with the nearest physician for TSH treatment to start, but due to lockdown the nearest physician is not available. Please suggest any medicine for TSH control? I have attached the test report. Is there any further abnormality? Please do the needful. Thank you.

A TSH of 10.6 is high and needs urgent management in pregnancy to avoid fetal harm. Levothyroxine may be prescribed, but only after full thyroid evaluation. Please repeat a Thyroid Profile with TPO antibodies before starting medication.
Dr. Dhankecha Suggests...
Take a Thyroid Profile (T3 T4 TSH) Test Test or Take a THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES (ANTI MICROSOMAL ANTIBODIES) Test
