Hi, I am a 21 year old female and have been suffering from PCOD. I recently checked my thyroid function, and my blood report shows: T3: 79 ng/dl (normal 60 to 200) T4: 1.5 microgram/dl (normal 4.5 to 12) TSH: more than 150 microIU/ml (normal 0.3 to 5.5) Dear Doctor, please explain what my problem is, how it can be managed, and which medications I should take.

TSH more than 150 confirms severe hypothyroidism, which worsens PCOD and causes infertility. You need urgent treatment with levothyroxine. Regular follow up every 6 weeks is essential.
