I recently checked my thyroid function, and my blood report shows: T3: 79 ng/dl (normal 60 to 200) T4: 1.5 microgram/dl (normal 4.5 to 12) TSH: more than 150 microIU/ml (normal 0.3 to 5.5) Dear Doctor, please explain what my problem is, how it can be managed, and which medications I should take.

This is my routine blood test report, which I take every 3 to 6 months to check my thyroid. Last time, the doctor advised me to take Thyronorm 75 mg tablet, which I completed yesterday.
