I am experiencing pain during sexual intercourse. I have been tested for infections and had blood tests, but everything came back normal. What could be causing this, and what should I do next?

Pain during sex may be due to vaginal dryness, stress, or tight pelvic muscles. Rule out hormonal causes like low estrogen or thyroid imbalance. Use water based lubricants during intercourse. See a gynecologist for a Pelvic Ultrasound and physical exam. If needed, consult a pelvic floor therapist.

Hi Sir, for the past one month I have been feeling very hot all over my body, but my thermometer shows a normal temperature. I have done all the necessary blood tests with a trusted doctor, but no solution was found. I have been taking antibiotics for the past month, but the doctor advised me to stop due to side effects. About six months ago, I had the same problem, and at that time the same doctor prescribed antibiotics as nothing abnormal was found in the blood report. Please advise what I should do now and which type of doctor I should consult?

My TSH is 16.1, but my T3 (1.31) and T4 (8.02) are within the normal range. Surprisingly, I am underweight at 56.5 kg with a height of 172 cm. The other symptoms of hypothyroidism also do not match the high TSH results, whereas symptoms of hyperthyroidism such as tachycardia, anxiety, and sleeplessness are seen. I am confused. What should be inferred here, please?
