My name is Nandini. I have been suffering from thyroid issues for 5 years and am currently taking Thyronorm 125 mcg. Recently, I was diagnosed with PCOS. I am experiencing heavy hair fall and have been trying to conceive for the past 3 years without success. My periods are very irregular, sometimes once every 3 months, with very heavy bleeding, clots, and severe pain lasting almost a month, which only stops when I take Meprate for a month. Please suggest what I should do now, as I want to conceive.

PCOS, thyroid, heavy bleeding all interfere with conception. Hormones need balancing first. Long bleeding needs medical attention.

View allI wanted to ask if it is possible to have hypothyroidism even when thyroid levels appear normal. My recent test results show T3 at 130, T4 at 9.71, and TSH at 1.23, all within the normal range. However, I am experiencing several symptoms such as brain fog, anxiety, slowed thinking, extreme laziness, and memory issues. Could these symptoms still be related to a thyroid issue despite the normal lab values?

I have been suffering from hypothyroidism for the last four years. I take Eltroxine 50 mcg every morning, but in my blood test report which came yesterday, TSH is 7.4. How can I keep my thyroid normal? I am a working female and got married last year.
