My wife weight is 70 kgs and height is 5 feet 1 inch. Her T3 and T4 are normal but her TSH is on the higher side. Pictures of the report are attached. Can you please let me know what needs to be done along with a description of its complications? The test report was done from Thyrocare lab. Is it okay or should I get the test done from another lab? I am awaiting an urgent response from an endocrinologist. Thanks a lot in advance.

This indicates subclinical hypothyroidism. If symptomatic or planning pregnancy, treatment with thyroxine may be started. Thyrocare lab is valid.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES (ANTI MICROSOMAL ANTIBODIES) Test

View allThis is my routine blood test report, which I take every 3 to 6 months to check my thyroid. Last time, the doctor advised me to take Thyronorm 75 mg tablet, which I completed yesterday. I have now gone for my checkup. I just want to know whether I have to continue the same medicine or not. My reports are attached above.

Respected Sir, I am a 36 year old lady. I was pregnant last year and delivered by caesarean and got a baby girl as I lost my 6 year old boy earlier. I have another girl of 11 years old. Now after 5 months my period has not started. I tested and my TSH level is 14 while T3 and T4 are normal. During my pregnancy I took 50 mg tablet thyroxine. I am attaching my report. Please suggest me how much mg I should take now? I want to be pregnant again so please suggest me as I am in urgent need. My TSH is 14.03, T3 is 1.03, and T4 is 7.81?

The latest thyroid test report shows T3 91.05 ng/dl, T4 10.20 microgram/dl, and TSH 0.950 microIU/ml. She was taking 125 mg Thyronorm tablets until the latest test report on 8th September. The tablet was initially recommended when TSH was 7.17 microIU/ml. Since the levels are now normal, can the medication be stopped or should the dose be reduced?
