Namaste sir, my name is Uma. I am using Thyiox 62.5 MCG since 6 months. Yesterday I did a thyroid test. Please see my report and suggest whether to use the same dose or make any changes?

Dose adjustment depends on current TSH, T3, and T4 values. If levels are in normal range, continue the same dose. If not, consult your doctor with your latest report.

View allI am 77 years old and have a history of type 2 diabetes for the past 32 years, hypertension, and thyroid issues. My creatinine is varying around 1.55, and my conditions are generally controlled with medication, though there are reasonable variations. My blood pressure also fluctuates. However, my pulse rate is always higher than normal, within a range of 90 to 100. I also experience fatigue most of the time. Can you please explain the reason for this, its effects, and possible remedies? Thank you.

My son thyroid test report shows a value of 5.50. The doctor says he is suffering from thyroid issues. Could you please clarify whether this result indicates a positive or negative thyroid condition?

I had a total thyroidectomy surgery due to papillary thyroid carcinoma. It has now been almost 9 years. My recent test results are thyroglobulin less than 0.040 ng/ml, TgAB less than 10 IU/ml, free T4 20.82 pmol/L, and TSH 3.60. Is my report okay? I am currently taking 125 mcg Thyronorm. Do I need to increase the dose? Is my TSH high currently?
