Nine years ago, I had an infection following a dog bite, which caused my eosinophils to increase significantly, and I was on bed rest for 8 months. Since then, I have been doing a CBC test every year. I have noticed that my WBC and platelets have been decreasing year after year, and I randomly experience body itching. My WBC and platelets have now fallen to the lower margins. Why is this happening? Does the infection from 9 years ago have any role in this, or is there some other reason? I have consulted many doctors and searched online, but I cannot understand the reason. Can anyone help me understand this?

Chronic drop in WBC/platelets is unlikely from a past infection alone. Could be due to bone marrow issues, autoimmunity, or nutritional causes. Needs evaluation by a hematologist. Avoid self diagnosis online.

I have done a semen analysis, and my doctor told me that I am suffering from low sperm count. The normal sperm count is more than 60 million to 120 million with motility 80 percent. My report shows volume 1.5 ml, sperm count 32 million, motility 65 percent, and the highest motility 48 percent.
