For the past one month, I have been feeling fatigued and experiencing a low grade fever. My recent investigations include LFT, KFT, and CBC, which showed SGPT at 57. My urine report is normal, chest Xray is normal, Mantoux test is negative, and whole abdomen ultrasound is normal. My body temperature ranges from 96F to 100.2F. I am unsure about the cause of my symptoms and would like to know the possible reason and which specialist I should consult.

Mild SGPT elevation with low grade fever can be viral or post viral fatigue. See a physician for further workup if fever continues.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a CBC+ESR Test or Take a Typhoid Test Test
