Is PCOS and PCOD a lifelong problem? Can it never be completely cured? I have PCOD with hirsutism, and my report shows polycystic changes in the left ovary.

PCOS is manageable with lifestyle changes and regular care. It can improve with the right steps but may not be cured fully. USG can confirm the presence of cysts so get done USG abdomen and pelvis soon
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a FSH and LH Test Test or Take a Testosterone Test Test

Hi, my report shows multiple immature follicles ranging from 3 to 5 mm in the right ovary and a few in the left ovary. There is no pelvic mass or collection seen. It mentions almost resolved polycystic ovaries. The right ovary measures 31x21x35 mm and the left ovary 38x16x41 mm. Kindly advise me accordingly?

I am 32 years old and have been trying to conceive for over two years, having experienced a miscarriage in May. My recent HSG report shows that my right fallopian tube is unhealthy and the left tube has hydrosalpinx. Additionally, my TVS report indicates that I have polycystic ovaries. Although my periods are regular, my cycle length varies between 35 to 40 days. I would like to understand my chances of conceiving naturally or through IUI given these findings, and whether laparoscopic surgery is mandatory to improve my fertility outcomes.
