Please advise on the attached blood report and observations. Is this a serious infection? I have just started medicines for alopecia areata.

Without specific lab values, it is hard to confirm severity. If WBC, CRP, or ESR are raised, mild inflammation may be present. Alopecia areata is autoimmune; not usually due to infection.
