Please can someone confirm if this indicates cancer? Recently, I had a very low platelet count of 108,000. I started experiencing bruising on my body and bleeding from gums. I was given medication to increase platelet count. My latest report, done day before yesterday, shows that my platelet count has increased to 533,000. I have attached the report for reference. Could you please advise if there is anything serious in my report and whether there are any indications of cancer?

Platelet rise may be rebound after prior low count. No direct sign of cancer seen. If bruising continues or other abnormal counts appear, consult a hematologist.
