Please clarify my test report of lipid profile. What food should I take to decrease my cholesterol and to avoid harmful cholesterol?

Avoid fried, processed, and sugary foods. Eat more fiber, oats, nuts (in moderation), fatty fish, olive oil, and vegetables. Exercise regularly and avoid smoking/alcohol. Recheck lipids after 3 months.
