Please help me with the remedies to shrink subserosal fibroids. I have no disturbance in my menses but my stomach is bulged due to the size of the fibroids. I have attached my report for your reference.

Subserosal fibroids may not affect periods but can cause bloating. Medicines may help shrink fibroids slightly, but larger ones might require surgical opinion. Please consult a gynecologist for tailored treatment options.

View allI have no allergic symptoms but slight pain in neck and back muscles while doing computer work. Appetite, motion, and sleep are all normal. I did this blood test myself as I do it every year for a health checkup. I have had COVID twice, in May (moderate) and January (mild). No hospitalization or steroids were used. Please guide me based on the blood report?

My blood report shows Anti-Chlamydial IgM Antibody of 1.28 and Anti-Chlamydia IgG of 0.16. Does this mean I have a recent infection for the first time, or could it be an old infection. I am experiencing abdominal pain, as well as pain in my leg, hand, and chest, all on the left side. My muscles also feel tight. Based on these values, how recent might the infection be. I am very scared and would really appreciate your help and guidance on what to do next.

My results are: Neutrophils: 84.6 percent (normal range 42.2 to 75.2) Lymphocytes: 8.6 percent (20.5 to 51.5) Eosinophils: 0.3 percent (0.7 to 7.8) Calcium: 10.3 mg/dL (8.4 to 10.2) Alkaline phosphatase: 121 (40 to 120) For reference, I have hypothyroidism and hirsutism. I am taking levothyroxine and spironolactone, and recently stopped hydrochlorothiazide.
