Pus cells in urine is 4 -6. Is that complicated?

No, it is not serious. However, if you are having more than 10 pus cells then you might want to consult a doctor to rule out UTI and kidney ailments.

I had a UTI and was treated with cefixime 400 mg twice a day for 7 days. Here are the results of my repeat urinalysis: color yellow, transparency slightly turbid, specific gravity 1.010, reaction pH 5.0, sugar/albumin/protein negative, WBC pus cells 8 to 12 hpf, RBC 0 to 2 hpf, epithelial cells moderate, and bacteria few. What does this mean?

The routine urine examination shows albumin trace and pus cells 100 to 125. The previous urine culture showed Klebsiella species. I have attached my urine culture and current urine routine test report. Please help.
