Recently, I got a full body checkup done. I discovered that my prolactin level is 65, which is above the normal range for a non pregnant woman. Is this alarming? What could be the possible reasons for this?

A prolactin level of 65 is above the normal range, but its not always a cause for concern. It can rise due to stress, sleep disturbance, certain medications, or hormonal shifts. Sometimes thyroid issues or a small hormonal gland change could be the reason. Repeating the prolactin test and checking your thyroid levels is a good next step.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Prolactin Test Test or Take a Thyroid Profile (T3 T4 TSH) Test Test

My wife report shows a prolactin level of 25.18. She did not sleep properly the night before the test. Is this report normal?

My report shows 0.58 ng per ml prolactin. What does this mean? My prolactin was 57.47 in the last test. Is it raised or fallen? Please help me understand?
