Respected Doctor, I have been experiencing gas and indigestion for the past two months, sometimes accompanied by nausea. I also notice white mucus in my stool, along with brain fog and anxiety. Additionally, I have been taking Pan D capsule for the past year on an empty stomach in the morning. My hemoglobin is gradually decreasing. Could you please advise what might be causing these symptoms and the drop in hemoglobin, and what further tests or treatment I may need?

Symptoms suggest possible gut dysbiosis or IBS. Consider stool test, B12, iron profile. Long term Pan D use may affect absorption.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a STOOL EXAMINATION, PH & REDUCING SUBSTANCES Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

My baby is 10 months old. Ascaris lumbricoides was seen in her stool test report. Please tell me what this is and what the treatment for this worm is? My doctor has suggested that, since she is only 10 months old, we cannot give any medicine until she turns 1 year. Please advise.
