Respected Doctor, For the past 45 to 50 days, I have been experiencing symptoms that felt very different from before, so I consulted a doctor. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and started on medication. Since then, I have been feeling very sleepy, low on energy, and have increased hunger. These symptoms have continued for the last 7 days. Additionally, I noticed that when I wake up, my face appears swollen or enlarged, but it returns to normal after 3 to 4 hours. I informed my doctor about this, and some tests were done. The lab report shows that my TLC is very high. I am concerned because my energy keeps decreasing, my hunger is increasing, and I feel sleepy and moody most of the time. Could you please advise what I should do next? How can I manage or control the high TLC? I have also uploaded my prescription to help you understand my treatment better.
