Respected doctors, my doctors said I have haemorrhoid and want to do an operation. I am attaching my report. Please help me.

My blood report shows predominantly normocytic normochromic red blood cells with microcytes and ovalocytes. My hemoglobin is 9.5.

I got my blood test done today, and after receiving the report, I noticed that only my lymphocyte count and ESR are outside the reference range. My lymphocyte count is 48, and my ESR is 28. I would like to know if this is something to be concerned about or if I need to take any medication for it.
