Respected mam, I have attached my urine report. Can NFT be cured? Is it something critical or just a simple infection?

NFT likely refers to Nitrite if present, it suggests bacterial infection. Most urinary infections are treatable with antibiotics. Not usually critical if treated early. Please consult a doctor with full report.

I initially consulted a urologist, who advised me to see a dermatologist. I have now consulted a dermatologist and started the prescribed medications (attached for your reference).
