I got a semen analysis done, which shows a sperm count of 39 million and motility of 35 percent, both of which are considered normal. Is PCOS and PCOD a lifelong problem? Can it never be completely cured? I have PCOD with hirsutism, and my report shows polycystic changes in the left ovary.

I am 37 years old. I have acne on face upper back and neck. I had acne problem for a long time. It used to appear more during the start of menstrual cycle but recently after pregnancy my baby is 6 months old now the problem has accelerated.
