She developed red rashes on her body after having a fever for 5 days, though the fever subsided about 2 days ago. Her blood test shows an elevated ESR of 60. Please suggest any possible solutions or if you need more details. Thank you.

Hi Doctor. I have had a fever for the last three days, especially at night, with a temperature of 102 degrees F, chills, and headache. My lab report shows neutrophils 80 percent, lymphocytes 16 percent, and WBC indicates neutrophilia. Widal test is 1:160 for both TH and TO. COVID test is negative. The doctor prescribed Paracetamol and Cefamid 200, but there has been no improvement.
