Sir, I am 23 years old and have been suffering from indigestion for the past one year. I do not have any fever. My blood test results are: Hemoglobin is 10.10, TLC is 19200, Polymorphs is 83, Lymphocytes is 15, Monocytes is 01. The rest, including eosinophils, basophils, RBC count, platelet count, and ESR, are within the reference range. Could you please suggest what this indicates and what I should do?

My wife has been experiencing shortness of breath for the last four days along with nausea, vomiting, constipation, headache, nervousness, and anxiety. All her vital signs are within normal range including an oxygen saturation of 98 percent and her blood report is also normal. She is a breastfeeding mother of a two month old child. Hi. From Monday onwards my fever has been fluctuating a lot, sometimes 104 and sometimes 99. I am having body and joint pain in my legs. I have a swollen tonsillar lymph node, but it does not hurt. I went to the hospital and they say it is viral fever. My blood results show low lymphocytes, high polymorphs, and high ESR. Can anyone please explain what my report and condition imply?
