Sir, I am 23 years old and have been suffering from indigestion for the past one year. I do not have any fever. My blood test results are: Hemoglobin is 10.10, TLC is 19200, Polymorphs is 83, Lymphocytes is 15, Monocytes is 01. The rest, including eosinophils, basophils, RBC count, platelet count, and ESR, are within the reference range. Could you please suggest what this indicates and what I should do?

High TLC and polymorphs suggest chronic infection or inflammation. Low Hb and digestive issues could be related. Needs infection panel and stool test.

View allMy 8 month old niece has had a persistent fever for the past 2 weeks. It normalizes when given antipyretics but recurs every 8 to 10 hours. She has a normal diet but sometimes skips meals. She has also vomited 2 to 3 times. A blood test report showed a high lymphocyte count of 58. She traveled about 400 km last week, although comfortably. Could this affect her condition? What could be the reason, and what do you suggest? Thank you in advance.

I have swelling on my face, mouth ulcers, and a burning sensation in my body. My blood report shows Vitamin B12 level at 358 and Vitamin D total level at 28.50. What does this mean, and what should I do?
