Sir, I am a 28 year old male. Fifteen days ago, I had a fever, and the doctor ordered a blood test. Typhoid was positive, and my direct bilirubin level was elevated, while total bilirubin was normal. For the past three days, I have had slight stomach upset and nausea. Please help me. What should I do? I have attached my bilirubin test report.

Typhoid can mildly affect liver and cause nausea or bilirubin elevation. Continue soft diet, stay hydrated. If symptoms persist, repeat liver function test and consult a doctor.

Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test or Take a Widal Test Test

I have a Widal test report. TO is 1:160 positive, TH is negative, AH is negative, and BH is negative. I took Ciprobid 500 mg tablet twice a day for 10 days. The doctor asked me to stop the tablets for seven days and get the report again, saying it may become negative. Is this possible? I need to submit a negative report for my foreign employment as a hotelier. My physician said it is impossible and that TO can remain the same without any rise for a long time.
