Sir, I am feeling very weak. After a liver function test, I received my report and many values are different from the normal range. Can you please explain what the exact problem is and what I should do now? Also, is this a normal problem or a serious problem?

Unexplained fatigue with abnormal LFT may indicate liver inflammation, infection, or medication effects. Get an ultrasound and consult a doctor to assess further. Avoid alcohol/fatty foods.

I am also having body pain, fatigue, and right side abdominal pain, especially when sitting. Recently, I have noticed significant bleeding as well. My doctor has advised me to do liver function tests (LFT) and thyroid tests in the coming week.
