Sir, I have stomach pain always. I have constipation problem for more than 10 years. I feel my stomach is always full and tight. When I urinate, it feels like more is excreting. Even after excreting, again after a minute, I feel mass is rolling out from my stomach and again it is trying to come out. But all excretion is not coming out easily. I use my hands for excretion. Kindly help me. I have attached my blood report. Ultrasound shows grade 1 fatty liver.

Chronic constipation with incomplete evacuation may be due to colonic inertia or obstructive defecation. Grade 1 fatty liver suggests poor gut liver health. You may need pelvic floor physiotherapy, high fiber, and stool training.
