Sir, my blood report shows SGOT 79, SGPT 123, ALP 163, potassium 5.43, chloride 98.50, and TLC 11.40. Please tell me about my report. Thanks.

Liver enzymes SGOT, SGPT are elevated, suggesting mild liver inflammation, possibly from fatty liver, viral infection, or alcohol. Potassium is slightly high, TLC suggests mild infection or inflammation.

I am not taking alcohol, oils, spices, or outside food since 20th November. At that time, my platelets were around 46k. Now they are over 1 lakh. Suddenly, my total bilirubin increased to 5. I started a Joinex related diet with more liquids, vegetables, and fruits, and I am still on it, but it is not coming down. Today the report shows bilirubin 6.49. What could be the reason and what should I do?
