Hi, a few months ago I was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver with increased echotexture, and my weight was 83 kg. Recently, after treatment for COVID, I had another ultrasound where my liver echotexture appeared normal, but there was a mild increase in liver size. I have also lost 10 kg since then. My liver function tests are normal. Should I be concerned about these findings? I am attaching my report for your review.
