Sir my father is suffering from frequent urination with severe pain in the lower abdomen. His USG KUB report says mild prostatomegaly and post void residual urine is 90 ml. His urine report shows alkaline reaction and albumin present in urine. Sometimes he also has inflammation while urinating?

These findings suggest mild prostatic enlargement likely incomplete bladder emptying. Possible infection or inflammation. Follow up with a urologist is recommended.

I recently underwent urine analysis and urine culture. The report mentions only commensals grown. Could you please explain what this means? Is my report considered normal? Additionally, I have a wound at the meatus and would like to know if this is related or something I should be concerned about.
