Sir, my recent LFT reports show bilirubin at 1.86, SGPT at 42, and SGOT at 45. I have done LFT tests three times over different weeks. While SGPT and SGOT levels have decreased (SGPT: 65 to 42, SGOT: 55 to 45), my bilirubin has increased from 1.2 to 1.86. I have been taking Udiliv 300 and Tocofol as prescribed by a gastroenterologist. What should I do next?

SGPT, SGOT improving which is good. Bilirubin mild rise, monitor. Continue Udiliv, Tocofil. Eat low fat diet, avoid alcohol. Repeat LFT after 2 weeks. See doctor if yellow eyes, weakness.

I recently did my liver test, and my report shows AST/SGOT as 62 and ALT/SGPT as 122. Is this serious? Kindly advise.
