Is smoking once a month OK?

View allSo my dad had a normal eosinophil count back in July but then he got a fever and a dry cough. We used medicines and everything seemed normal afterward. But then a month later, he got a fever and cough again, and when we did a CBP test, it showed raised eosinophils. It's been a week now, and he doesn't have a cough or fever anymore, but the eosinophil count hasn't gone down. I'm wondering how we can bring these down. We used Delcar forte 250mg for 5 days. Do you think we should get another test done? Should I be worried about his eosinophil count not reducing? I compared the test report with the last one to see the difference. What would you suggest?
Patient is advised to continue same treatment.

I'm really struggling with shortness of breath and breathing problems whenever the weather changes. It can get really bad, and I end up needing to use rotacap, foracort, levolin, and sometimes deriphyllin. On top of that, I'm also taking medications like fluconazole 200 and Allegra, plus Thyronorm 50 and Tryptomer 25 mg. I had my gall bladder removed two years ago. Can you help me figure out what's going on or suggest what I should do?
you might be having issues of allergy to cold or asthma. advisory to avoid cold weather as much as you can

I'm really worried because I've been having an irritated throat with a lot of coughing. Even scarier, I'm noticing some blood coming up when I cough. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?
The presence of blood in your cough could be due to irritation of the throat or respiratory tract. I recommend you take a cough syrup like Benadryl Cough Formula (dosage: 10ml three times a day) to help soothe your throat and reduce the coughing. Additionally, you can use a throat lozenge like Strepsils (dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2-3 hours) to help with the irritation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.
