Sometimes while walking, my knee gets blocked, and while sleeping, I am unable to fully bend my knee. When I try to bend it, I hear a clicking sound, which is quite painful. I also feel inflammation in the fingers of my leg, making it difficult to sleep at night. I have been taking 1 tablet of Feburic 20 daily for the past month. I am attaching my blood test report and would appreciate your advice on treatment or medications to relieve my knee and finger problems.

Symptoms suggest joint inflammation, possibly gout related. Feburic helps lower uric acid but flare ups can persist. Continue medication, avoid red meat/alcohol, apply ice, and consult an orthopedician if knee locking worsens.

I previously had intense pain in my legs and joints. After consulting a doctor, I was diagnosed with high uric acid (7). I took medicines regularly for a month and repeated the test today, the result is 6.1, but I understand it should be below 6. Could you please suggest what medicines may be needed and what foods should be included or avoided to help maintain uric acid levels? The patient is also taking medicines for diabetes.

Hi, my mother is 56 years old and experiences frequent pain in the ankle area. I consulted the Sathvik Spine Foundation in Jayanagar, Bangalore, and Dr. Yogesh suggested consulting a rheumatologist to provide medication as the blood test report shows high uric acid content. What should we do?
