In summer, my body temperature is normal, but I feel like my face, arms, and feet are burning and uncomfortable. Sometimes there is swelling in my feet. Sometimes my feet, arms, and face feel warm to touch. It feels like heat is being radiated from my arms, face, and feet. I remain tired all day. Pain in the muscles of my legs is always present and increases in the evening. Almost every evening, fluid discharge starts from inside my nose, and I feel pain in my eyes and throat. My nose gets blocked, making it difficult to breathe through it. My CBC is normal. My thyroid is normal. My blood sugar tests are normal. I have had no weight gain or loss in the past few months. I am taking a proper diet. Please suggest a solution for these problems?

Could be related to vitamin B12 deficiency, neuropathy or allergic rhinitis. Consider IgE test.
Dr. Vasanthasree Suggests...

View allI got my period after almost three months, on 15th July. Since then, I have been experiencing an electrical chill sensation on my scalp and tingling on my face below the eyebrows and lips. I consulted a neurosurgeon 8 days ago, described these symptoms, and was prescribed Nuhenz for 15 days with advice to follow up afterward. The electrical chill and tingling have now reduced by 50 to 60 percent. Recently, due to cold weather, I kept cotton in my ears for three days continuously, and now I hear a ringing sound in my left ear when in a quiet space. Additional notes: I had gum bleeding in the front teeth and visited a dentist, who found inflammation and cleaned my teeth. My blood report shows very low Vitamin D and slightly higher than normal TSH levels. Kindly let me know what could be causing these symptoms and what I should do next.

I am 25 years old and have been experiencing weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath, excessive sleep, and occasional hand shivering. I consulted a doctor who advised various tests, including an X ray, all of which came back normal. The doctor said I am okay and recommended focusing on diet and exercise, which I am already doing. Another doctor suggested testing my Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, and calcium levels. Although my mother received injections and has normal reports, my tests show a Vitamin B12 level of 182 (normal range 239 to 931) and Vitamin D (25hydroxy) level of 18.8 (normal range 20 to 100). Are these results normal? Please advise on what steps I should take.
