I recently had a hemogram test. My results show: Packed Cell Volume (PCV): 33.5 percent (low) Hemoglobin: 11.6 g/dL RBC count: 3.90 million/microL Are these values concerning, and should I consult a doctor? Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you

PCV 33.5 and Hemoglobin 11.6 show mild anemia. RBC 3.90 is normal, no urgent issue. May be due to low iron or vitamin B12. Improve diet: include leafy greens, dates, jaggery. Do Iron Profile and Vitamin B12 Test.

Take a Iron Studies Test Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

She has been experiencing heavy gastric issues that do not subside even with medications like PPIs. Additionally, she has an enlarging fibroid. Her weight is 67 kg and blood pressure is 90/70 mmHg. Could you please advise how to reduce the heavy gas and manage her gastric discomfort effectively?
