I recently had a hemogram test. My results show: Packed Cell Volume (PCV): 33.5 percent (low) Hemoglobin: 11.6 g/dL RBC count: 3.90 million/microL Are these values concerning, and should I consult a doctor? Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you

PCV 33.5 and Hemoglobin 11.6 show mild anemia. RBC 3.90 is normal, no urgent issue. May be due to low iron or vitamin B12. Improve diet: include leafy greens, dates, jaggery. Do Iron Profile and Vitamin B12 Test.

I have been experiencing continuous chest pain and back pain for the past 3 months. The pain feels like a burning/healing sensation, and I also have slight dizziness. What could be the problem, and how can it be diagnosed
