View allI'm feeling really unsure and need some advice. My girlfriend got pregnant back in January 2018, and we decided to go for an abortion. She's O negative and I'm B positive, so the doctor gave her an anti-D injection back then. Now, she's pregnant again in June 2018, and we're considering another abortion because we're not ready for a baby. I'm a bit worried and wondering if she needs another anti-D injection this time. Also, what's the best way to go about the abortion safely? Would love some guidance on this.

I'm struggling with infertility and in a recent ultrasound, my doctor found an endometrial polyp. Can you help me understand the difference between a hysteroscopy and an endometrial biopsy in this context? I'm not sure why my doctor decided to do the biopsy instead, and I'm feeling a bit anxious about what it all means.
