Please advise. I have started taking antibiotics. Will this be enough, or should I consult a superspecialist?

Urine report shows pus cells 8 to 10 per hpf, red cells occasional per hpf and epithelial cells 15 to 20 per hpf. Please advise the interpretation and further management?
