Urine report shows pus cells 8 to 10 per hpf, red cells occasional per hpf and epithelial cells 15 to 20 per hpf. Please advise the interpretation and further management?

I have a 6mm kidney stone in my left kidney. Currently, I am experiencing constipation and a heavy feeling in my belly. My report mentions gas in the bowel detected by a 10 MHz scan. I have been suffering from a urinary infection for the last 4 to 5 days. My blood test report shows a urinary infection, and USG indicates hepatomegaly with a calyceal cyst in the left kidney.
